It is the objective of ICS Integrated Cabling Solutions that no employee will suffer work related illness or injury. These objectives will be through the combined efforts of management and employees by:
• Insure safety as a key element of the component and business management objectives
• Instigate safety practices and a safe work environment into all levels of the company activities
• Insuring all management and employees are fully conversant with there safety responsibilities and the company expectations as outlined in responsibility charts and individual job descriptions
• Provide the information, training and leadership necessary to enable all personnel to work and behave in a safe environment
• Identify and anticipate safety hazards and responding promptly to control and prevent them
• Consulting with employees, customers and suppliers to share and learn from each others safety experiences
• Reviewing and monitoring health and safety standards to determine the effectiveness of policy and programmes, identify areas of improvement and ensure legislative compliance
